Since I teach yoga myself and have not been SENSITISED to the topic by my own trainers, it was important for me to learn more about yoga in the context of cultural appropriation. My thoughts on the topic have been very present since then and I feel empowered not to abuse my privileges as a white cis woman, but to share and support with my future choices projects and people who position themselves and have a mindful and respectful approach to yoga.
