I come from ancestors whose generosity, love and open door policy earned their home the name Annapurna House.
Sangeeta´s mother, Dharmambal, inherited this spirit of sharing and nourishment, even in the face of personal hardships. She was a resilient and compassionate woman who welcomed everyone, humans and animals, into her home.
Sangeeta is here today because of the love and loss experienced by her grandparents and mother. Her purpose is to share the lessons She´s learned about loss & grief, displacement & belonging, trauma & healing. Channel the healing wisdom from traditional yoga therapy and Ayurveda. Be a Bridge, provide passage over obstacles to enable healing. Offer refuge, support healing & transformations with Yoga practices, reclaiming stories & songs.
We come together to heal, belong & dream. Decolonising Health & Wellness. Healing racialised trauma, envisioning collective change and liberation.

As a yoga teacher, Sangeeta inspires to create inclusive spaces for individuals to reconnect with their bodies, breath, and their true selves, fostering liberation for all. The group classes emphasise collective care and healing, while recognising that each person's path is unique. Building relations rather than transactions. Yoga is a practice not a product.
Her journey into yoga, meditation, healing began in the late 90s, leading to a diverse, enriching education from various schools and teachers in India & worldwide
Sangeeta´s curiosity took her to schools and teachers (The Yoga Institute, Sivananda Ashram, Iyengar Yoga, Art of Living, Reiki, Viniyoga School in Berlin, Kundalini Yoga, Svastha Yoga Therapy, Birthlight Baby Yoga, Yoga for children, Ipsalu School of Tantra, Birthlover, Yoga Philosophy and Chikitsa (yoga therapy) with R.
