Postpartum Yoga: Reconnect, Restore, Strengthen (Babies Welcome)

This empowering yoga class is designed to help mothers reconnect with their bodies after birth, restoring the natural balance between breath and pelvis. Through mindful movement and targeted exercises, we’ll focus on rebuilding core strength, improving pelvic health, and nurturing your inner resilience.

In this class, you’ll learn how to repair and strengthen the core in a sustainable way, supporting your body’s natural recovery after birth. We’ll explore how to incorporate core engagement into everyday movements—whether you’re walking with your baby, lifting them from the floor, or carrying them—so that strength becomes part of your daily routine.

The class fosters a deep connection with your breath, pelvis, and core, allowing the body to heal and regain strength naturally. You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with other mothers on the same journey, sharing experiences and building a supportive community.

With babies welcome, you’ll be able to care for yourself while also caring for your little one, knowing that self-care is vital for both you and your baby’s well-being. Each session concludes with a gentle relaxation to leave you feeling rejuvenated, centered, and ready for the day ahead.

All levels welcome. Babies are invited to attend with their mothers.
