Reconnect with your body after birth. Restore the connection between the breath and the pelvis. Strengthen your core and connect with your inner strength. Connect with other mothers who are one the same journey as you. Babies are welcome to come with.

Once we learn and restore the connection between the breath and pelvis we allow repair to happen naturally. And learn how use the core in everyday life and actions, walking with the baby, carrying the baby, lifting it from the floor and back. This is a sustainable way to recover, regain strength and retain this for the future.
