1 min grounding and focus
Take a comfortable seat. Gently bring your gaze to your hands. Slowly begin to trace the outline of one hand with the index finger of the other—up each finger, down the spaces between. Let your eyes follow the movement with full attention. Inhale as you trace up, exhale as you trace down. Switch hands after a few breaths. Let the rhythm of breath, movement, and gaze anchor you in the present moment. This practice gently connects sensory awareness (jñānendriya) and action (karmendriya), helping to ground the mind and restore focus.
